In this cured sheep cheese we use the authentic La Mancha saffron, very valued because of the flavor and color it provides to rice and stew dishes and to countless dishes and recipes around the world. Saffron is added to the cheese paste at the beginning of its production process, so the cheese is of the yellow color provided by saffron and has its characteristic aroma and flavor.
